Unauthenticated file download via HTTPS path traversal

Path traversal in Schneider Electric Galaxy VS 6.82 and Galaxy VL 12.21 allows remote attackers to download files over HTTPS. The Network Management Card fails to confine attacker-controlled path input to an authorized directory, enabling file-system enumeration and retrieval. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is read-only disclosure rather than file modification or service interruption.
