CVE-2023-6029Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated post deletion via unchecked admin actions

Published Jan 15, 2024 · Updated Jun 11, 2025

Missing authorization in Spider Themes EazyDocs before 2.3.6 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary WordPress posts. The admin-post.php handlers trust Create_doc, Doc_Delete, Create_Section, and Section_Delete GET parameters without capability or CSRF checks and accept post IDs outside EazyDocs. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to create or delete documentation content and to delete unrelated site posts.
