Session-context script execution via unencoded configuration entries

Stored XSS in Elijaa phpMemcachedAdmin 1.3.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in another user's browser via configuration entries. configure.php accepts user-controlled server and cluster entries into persistent configuration, and the configuration view renders stored values without proper output encoding. The application supplies no built-in authentication, but another user must open the affected view; the payload then runs in that user's application context.
