Unauthenticated file disclosure via artifact path traversal

Path traversal in Verta.ai ModelDB allows remote attackers to read any file on the hosting server via the artifact_path URL parameter. The artifact retrieval path uses artifact_path to select a server-side file without preventing traversal outside the intended artifact store. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful requests disclose files readable by the ModelDB service process.
