Unauthenticated code execution via crafted checkbox input
Published Nov 8, 2023 · Updated Sep 17, 2024
Improper input validation in Lanaccess ONSAFE MonitorHM 3.7.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through a checkbox element. The web console accepts crafted checkbox input that reaches command execution without adequate validation; public sources do not identify the underlying handler or sanitization failure. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful execution can compromise the recorder and connected video-surveillance infrastructure.
