Stored XSS in Sygnoos Popup Builder before 4.2.3 allows remote attackers to inject scripts into existing popups via crafted POST data. A preview handler attached to WordPress init lacks capability checks, while inconsistent POST parsing lets sgpb-prefixed fields overwrite popup data. No account is required; the script runs when a visitor opens an affected page and can act with that visitor's WordPress privileges.
