RSA decryption and signature forgery via timing oracle

Observable timing differences in OpenSC before 0.25.0 allow remote attackers to decrypt captured RSA ciphertexts through a padding oracle. PKCS#1 v1.5 depadding and related error paths perform distinguishable work and expose whether padding validation succeeded. The path is reached when a smart card provides only raw RSA operations and OpenSC performs depadding; timing data also enables signature forgery.
