CVE-2023-5962Network attack vector

Sensitive-data disclosure via undisclosed weak cryptography

Published Dec 23, 2023 · Updated Oct 28, 2024

Weak cryptography in Moxa ioLogik E1200 Series firmware 3.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose sensitive data. Moxa identifies the affected locus only as the device web server and does not disclose the cryptographic primitive, protected data, or operation that uses it. Exploitation requires existing low-privilege access and is reported to expose confidential data and grant unexpected authorization, with no integrity or availability impact.
