Stack-based buffer overflow in all versions of Delta Electronics DOPSoft allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted project file. DOPSoft processes attacker-controlled project-file data into a stack buffer without adequate bounds enforcement; Delta has not disclosed the affected parser, field, or copy operation. Exploitation requires a legitimate user to open the crafted file, after which code runs with that user's privileges and can affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
