Stored XSS via unencoded Site Title

Stored XSS in PopojiCMS 2.0.1 Web Config allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted Site Title. install.php accepts site_title, escapes it only for SQL, and stores it in the setting table without HTML output encoding. The installation script must remain reachable, the workflow must reach Web Config, and a user must view the stored title for code to run.
