Sensitive information exposure in ThemeHigh Job Manager & Career before 1.4.4 allows remote attackers to read uploaded job applications. The plugin stores resumes under the web-accessible wp-content/uploads/thjmf_uploads directory without blocking direct directory listing or file access. No authentication is required, but the web server must permit directory indexing; exposed files can contain private applicant data.
