Cross-site request forgery in PKP Web Application Library before 3.3.0-16 allows remote attackers to delete navigation menu items. The deleteNavigationMenuItem handler processes a supplied navigationMenuItemId without first calling checkCSRF(). Exploitation requires an authenticated manager to submit an attacker-controlled request, resulting in unauthorized navigation changes.
