Locale message modification via missing CSRF check

Cross-site request forgery in Public Knowledge Project Custom Locale Plugin before 1.2.0-1 allows attackers to alter locale messages. The updateLocale handler accepted state-changing POST requests without invoking the request CSRF check, and the locale editing form supplied no CSRF token. An attacker must induce an authenticated user authorized to edit locale messages to submit a crafted request; successful exploitation changes localization text displayed by the host publishing application.
