Privilege retention via uncleared session identifiers

Insufficient session expiration in phpMyFAQ before 3.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to retain revoked privileges after rights changes. The administrative rights-update path changes database permissions without clearing the affected user's stored session identifier, so an existing session continues under its prior authorization. A valid account and an administrator's subsequent reduction of that account's permissions are required; the stale session preserves access until it otherwise expires.
