Stored script execution via unencoded FAQ titles

Stored XSS in phpMyFAQ before 3.2.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. The Faq::renderRecordsByCategoryId method inserts a stored FAQ question into category output without converting it to HTML entities. An account able to create or edit an FAQ question must plant the payload, and a victim must view the affected category page; script then runs in that victim's phpMyFAQ origin.
