Security UI obfuscation in Google Chrome before 119.0.6045.105 allows remote attackers to misrepresent download information via crafted HTML. Google identifies the Downloads component and an inappropriate implementation, but the restricted issue record does not disclose the faulty operation on untrusted input. A user must open attacker-controlled HTML and interact with the browser download UI; the bounded consequence is misleading security information, not code execution.
