SQL injection in SourceCodester Sticky Notes App 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to alter database data via the note parameter. The endpoint/delete-note.php handler incorporates the note argument into a database operation without adequate neutralization, allowing crafted SQL syntax to change query behavior.
