Disclosure and service interruption via unchecked filter IDs

Out-of-bounds writes in Zephyr RTOS 3.5 and earlier allow local users to disclose data or cause a service interrupt via invalid CAN filter IDs. Multiple CAN remove_rx_filter implementations use an unchecked negative or oversized filter ID to index allocation bitmaps and callback arrays. Reachability requires low-privileged local code to pass an invalid ID to an enabled affected CAN driver; the disclosed impact is limited data exposure or service interruption.
