Build-system data disclosure via unfiltered configuration recording
Published Nov 15, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
Information disclosure in Quarkus applications built with the Gradle plugin allows remote authenticated users to read build-system data. BuildTimeConfigurationReader records Gradle Build-system properties outside registered Quarkus configuration roots into the application artifact. Exposure requires an application built by the affected plugin and authenticated network access; no integrity change or service interruption is reported.
