Authenticated command execution via crafted import parameter
Published Oct 21, 2023 · Updated Aug 2, 2024
OS command injection in Byzoro Smart S85F Management Platform 20231010 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via an import request. The /sysmanage/importconf.php handler processes the attacker-controlled btn_file_renew argument in a way that permits shell syntax to alter an operating-system command. A valid low-privilege session is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen commands in the appliance management context.
