Database disclosure via unescaped RECORD_ID query

SQL injection in Tongda OA 2017 allows remote authenticated users to read database contents through a crafted RECORD_ID parameter. The general/hr/training/record/delete.php handler directly splices RECORD_ID into a SQL statement, and crafted closing parentheses enable time-based blind queries. Exploitation requires low-privileged access from an adjacent network; the published proof retrieves database information through response delays.
