Local privilege escalation via stale GEM surface reference

Use-after-free in the vmwgfx driver in Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows local users to escalate privileges inside affected VMware guests. User-created GEM buffer surfaces retain only a TTM reference, allowing the GEM object to be deleted while the surface still uses it. Reachability requires an unprivileged local account in a VMware guest with 3D acceleration enabled; successful exploitation elevates privileges in that guest.
