Remote service interruption via oversized WebSocket frames

Resource exhaustion in Red Hat python-eventlet builds for OpenStack 17.1 and OpenShift Ironic 4.12 allows remote attackers to interrupt services. A Red Hat packaging regression omitted the prior eventlet/websocket.py frame-length patch, leaving oversized and highly compressed WebSocket frames able to drive unbounded memory allocation. Exploitation requires access to an Eventlet WebSocket endpoint and affects availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
