Uncontrolled DLL search in Wuxi Xinje Electric Co., Ltd. XDPPro 3.7.17a and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. XDPPro resolves cfgmgr32.dll through an uncontrolled search path, but public sources do not identify the loading executable, searched directory, or trigger. Exploitation requires local file-placement access and XDPPro execution; the loaded DLL runs in the application's security context.
