Unauthorized actions via missing Referer validation

Cross-site request forgery in FreeIPA's /ipa/session/login_password endpoint allows remote attackers to submit actions through a user's new login. Affected HTTP handlers accept cross-origin requests without validating the Referer header; the correction applies Referer checking to every request. The victim must interact and complete a new authentication attempt, after which forged requests can perform actions with that user's authority.
