Insufficient data verification in F5 BIG-IP Edge Client before 7.2.4.5 allows local users to gain elevated privileges on macOS. F5 has not published the exact installer locus or how it fails to authenticate installation data before privileged use. Exploitation requires low privileges and user interaction during installation and grants execution with elevated privileges.
