Kernel crash via asynchronous nvdimm registration race

Race condition in Linux 5.14 through 6.1.15 and 6.2 through 6.2.2 allows local users to crash the kernel by cycling cxl_pci. During asynchronous nvdimm registration, the deferred bottom half can run after CXL teardown and pass a destroyed context into cxl_pmem_ctl(), which dereferences a NULL pointer. Local access and permission to load and unload cxl_pci are required; winning the teardown race causes a kernel crash and interrupts the host.
