Kernel crash via unlocked SMC link-group iteration

Race condition in Linux kernel 5.8 through 6.5.3 allows attackers to crash the kernel via adjacent-network SMC-R port events. The smcr_port_add function iterates smc_lgr_list.list without its lock while concurrent link-group additions or deletions can mutate the list. Reachability requires a port event to overlap that mutation; the demonstrated result is a NULL-pointer dereference and kernel crash.
