Remote service interruption via zero-window tx_lock stall

Denial of service in Linux kernel 5.4 through 6.2 allows remote attackers to hang kTLS transmitters via a zero TCP receive window. In net/tls/tls_sw.c, a sending thread sleeps while holding tx_lock when the peer advertises no receive window, preventing other transmitters from acquiring the lock for hours. A network peer only needs to stop reading from a kTLS socket; the bounded consequence is a prolonged service interrupt for work sharing that transmit lock.
