Incorrect filesystem range handling via offset overflow

Integer overflow in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to trigger incorrect filesystem range handling on 32-bit systems. In iomap_write_delalloc_scan, shifting the unsigned-long result of folio_next_index() by PAGE_SHIFT truncates the next-folio byte position. The wrong value can set an incorrect delayed-allocation punch offset; affected ranges are 6.1.92 through 6.1.161 and 6.2 through 6.5.4.
