Filesystem operation hang via nested B-tree locking

Deadlock in the Btrfs ino lookup ioctl in Linux 4.18 through 6.5.4 allows local users to hang filesystem operations. btrfs_ioctl_ino_lookup_user retains a root B-tree path while btrfs_iget searches that tree for an uncached inode, causing the nested path lock to form a circular dependency. A local user must issue the ino lookup ioctl against a Btrfs filesystem when the target inode is absent from memory; the resulting deadlock can stall affected filesystem work.
