Kernel oops via uninitialized NFSD statistics counters

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.3 allows local users to trigger a kernel oops by reading the NFSD reply-cache statistics file. The nfsd_reply_cache_stats_show path applies this_cpu_ptr to reply_cache_stats before its per-CPU storage is initialized, producing a NULL dereference. Triggering requires a non-x86_64 architecture, a namespace with /proc/fs/nfsd mounted, NFSD not started, and an unprivileged read of reply_cache_stats; the result is a kernel oops, not data access or code execution.
