Local kernel crash via uninitialized PIOR mutex

Denial of service in the Linux nouveau display driver allows local users to crash the kernel on systems with ANX9805 DP encoders. The PIOR creation path in drivers/gpu/drm/nouveau/dispnv50/disp.c leaves dp.hpd_irq_lock uninitialized before hot-plug handling uses the mutex. The fault requires the nouveau driver to manage an ANX9805 DisplayPort encoder, and the resulting kernel OOPS interrupts the affected host.
