Kernel crash via truncated taprio cycle time

Denial of service in the Linux kernel taprio scheduler allows local users to crash the kernel through a crafted cycle-time attribute. In get_cycle_time_elapsed(), the s64 cycle_time value is narrowed to the s32 divisor accepted by div_s64_rem(), so 0x100000000 becomes zero and triggers a divide error during packet scheduling. Reachability requires submitting a taprio schedule and transmitting traffic through that queueing discipline; successful exploitation interrupts the host.
