Kernel warning via oversized primary transmit queue

Incorrect queue selection in Linux net_failover allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through traffic on an affected failover device. The net_failover_select_queue() function returns the primary device's selected queue without reducing it to the failover device's 16 transmit queues. The warning requires an active primary device with more than 16 transmit queues and a packet mapped above queue 15; the published record establishes no crash or data compromise.
