Kernel memory corruption via uninitialized event-ack tags

Memory corruption in affected Linux kernels beginning with 5.17 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during controller reset handling. The mpi3mr_complete_evt_ack() function reads an uninitialized zero host_tag and passes the resulting wrong index to clear_bit() on evtack_cmds_bitmap. The path requires a Broadcom MPI3 SAS/NVMe HBA and a reset or error-recovery event; the out-of-bounds bit write can cause a kernel oops or panic.
