Local service hang via delayed-item lock inversion

Improper locking in Linux 5.15 through 5.15.132, 6.1 through 6.1.54, and 6.2 through 6.5.4 lets local users hang Btrfs. When btrfs_insert_delayed_items() returns an error while retaining locked extent buffers, __btrfs_run_delayed_items() takes the delayed-node mutex in reverse lock order. A local user must reach Btrfs delayed-item insertion error handling; the ABBA deadlock stalls filesystem work without reported data disclosure or modification.
