Local kernel-memory disclosure via event-ID bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in the Tegra194 HTE driver in Linux 5.19 allows local users to read adjacent kernel memory via an invalid event ID. The tegra_hte_map_to_line_id() function accepts an event ID equal to map_sz because its upper-bound check uses > instead of >=, then indexes one element past the mapping array. Reachability requires a Tegra194 HTE provider and low-privileged local access; the published SUSE assessment limits the consequence to kernel-memory disclosure.
