Debugfs entry leak via late blktrace enablement

Resource leak in the Linux kernel block layer allows local users to leave stale blktrace debugfs entries through an ioctl sequence. blk_unregister_queue can run before a later BLKTRACESETUP ioctl, so closing the already-open disk omits blk_trace_shutdown and leaves per-disk entries behind. The trigger requires a disk opened before del_gendisk, blktrace enabled afterward, and closure without explicit trace shutdown; the published consequence is limited to leaked debugfs entries.
