Kernel memory corruption via raced i915 config removal

Use-after-free in affected Linux branches allows local users with i915 render-node access to corrupt kernel memory via concurrent ioctls. i915_perf_add_config_ioctl drops metrics_lock before its final oa_config dereference, allowing a concurrent remove ioctl on a guessed configuration ID to free the object first. Local users who can open the i915 render node can repeatedly race both ioctls, enabling kernel-level code execution or a system crash.
