Kernel crash via premature RxRPC call timer

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux 6.2 through 6.3.2 allows local users to crash the kernel during a stalled AFS call. afs_make_call() sets maximum lifetime after beginning an RxRPC call, prematurely starting its timer before a connection assigns a channel. The call must stall before channel assignment; direct AF_RXRPC sendmsg() access cannot reach this state, and the consequence is limited to service interruption.
