Guest panic via ENDBR-less indirect hypercalls

Denial of service in Linux x86 Hyper-V guests allows local users to trigger a kernel panic through an indirect hypercall. The x86 Hyper-V path indirectly calls a hypercall page without first verifying that its first instruction is ENDBR64, so IBT raises an exception. The condition requires an x86-64 Hyper-V VM at ConfigVersion 9.3 or later on IBT-capable hardware with guest IBT enabled; the exception panics the guest.
