Kernel crash via RDMA queue-size shift wrap

Integer overflow in the Linux RDMA mlx4 driver allows local users to crash the kernel or corrupt memory through a crafted queue request. set_user_sq_size() left-shifts the user-controlled log_sq_bb_count to calculate a send-queue size without checking for wraparound, bypassing its sanity check. Reachability requires local access to an RDMA uverbs device on a system with mlx4 hardware or support enabled; invalid queue sizing corrupts kernel and adapter state.
