Boot crash via premature initrd address translation

A boot-time address-translation flaw in Linux 5.17 through 6.1.19 and 6.2 through 6.2.6 allows attackers to cause an m68k kernel oops. In arch/m68k/kernel/setup_mm.c, setup_arch() calls phys_to_virt() for the initial ramdisk before paging_init() establishes m68k_memoffset and module_fixup(). Exposure requires an m68k platform with an initial ramdisk and physical memory whose base address is nonzero; the affected startup terminates in a kernel oops.
