Filesystem disruption via quota reservation accounting leak

Resource exhaustion in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to disrupt btrfs operations through leaked quota reservations. The btrfs_insert_delayed_dir_index() optimization calls btrfs_block_rsv_release() without a qgroup_to_release output, zeroing the temporary subvolume reservation before btrfs_subvolume_release_metadata() can convert it. When qgroups are enabled and a permitted user performs mkdir followed by subvolume creation, repeated leakage consumes reserved metadata space and eventually blocks quota-governed filesystem work.
