Firmware resource leak via stale multicast addresses

Resource leakage in the Linux kernel's NFP driver 6.2 through 6.4.4 allows local users to retain multicast entries in application firmware. nfp_net_netdev_close removes multicast addresses from software when a port closes but fails to unsynchronize those entries from NFP firmware. Reachability requires authority to move an NFP port between network namespaces and hardware using the firmware multicast filter.
