Kernel memory corruption via blkcg parent use-after-free

Use-after-free in the blk-cgroup subsystem in Linux 5.18 through 6.2 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory and crash the system. __blkg_release() drops a parent blkg reference before asynchronous blkg_free_work_fn() invokes the child's pd_free_fn(), allowing child policy data to access its freed parent. Triggering requires low-privileged local access for nested cgroup operations, block I/O, and repeated teardown timing; the resulting corruption can expose or alter protected data or interrupt the host.
