Use-after-free via success after initialization failure

Use-after-free in the ALSA Digi00x FireWire driver in Linux allows attackers to trigger a kernel memory-safety fault during stream setup. When init_stream() fails, the error path frees dg00x->rx_stream but returns success, leaving later code able to use the freed stream object. Reachability requires the Digi00x receive-stream initialization path and an initialization failure; public records establish no attacker-controlled trigger or consequence beyond the use-after-free.
