Local privilege escalation via dangling USB PHY driver

Use-after-free in the Tegra XUSB PHY driver in Linux allows local users to execute code in kernel context during port teardown. tegra_xusb_port_unregister leaves usb_phy.dev->driver pointing to a freed fake driver, which phy_destroy later dereferences. Reachability requires a Tegra dual-role XUSB port and local low-privileged access; successful exploitation grants kernel-level control.
