Kernel interruption via unchecked NTFS index bounds

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel's NTFS3 driver allows local users to interrupt kernel operation via crafted NTFS metadata. In indx_insert_into_buffer(), memmove uses a length derived from INDEX_BUFFER.index without first ensuring that index does not exceed INDEX_HDR.total. The crafted NTFS volume must already be mounted before a local user performs a directory create, rename, or similar operation that reaches the faulty copy.
